Email info@nightship.io within 30 days of your initial purchase. Tell us the email address you used at checkout — that's all we need. There are no forms, no conditions, and no exceptions: you don't have to explain why.
Payments for Nightship are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel within the first 30 days and would like your money back, just email us as above.
The Nightship Cloud hosting fee is covered by the same 30-day guarantee as the rest of your subscription. If we refund a hosting fee, your hosted instance is suspended at once and its data deleted 30 days later, as described in our Terms (§9a). Cancelling without a refund keeps the instance running until the end of the paid period.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have — including any statutory right of withdrawal for consumers under applicable law.
